St. Marks Gardens in located in Kaysville, Utah in a serene garden setting with an individual outside entrance to each apartment. This property is for low-income seniors age 62 and over, or if you are at least 18 years of age and have a physical disability that requires the needs of a mobility accessible apartment, you could still qualify. It is a non-smoking community with 64 one-bedroom, 4 two-bedroom and 4 one-bedroom mobility accessible apartments. Utilities are included in your rent. There are washer/dryer hookups in each apartment, as well as an on-site laundry room. Small pets are welcome. We have a separate community room building with a flat screen TV, resident computer and a full kitchen. We have an on-site manager, assistant manager, service coordinator, and maintenance technician. The beautiful grounds are well maintained, including show removal in the winter. St. Mark’s Gardens is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit.
