Today it manages 45 projects comprising nearly 1400 units. The portfolio consists of 10 elderly and 32 family projects located throughout Utah. The management staff has more than 110 years of experience in all aspects of property management and is well versed in HUD, Rural Development, and IRS Tax Credit regulations and compliance issues.
