Amber Ju

Amber leads Kithward’s vision, strategy and sales. Amber started her career in real estate private equity. She held investment and fundraising roles at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Managing care for her late mother led her directly to senior living as she sought the best living situation for an aging parent. Amber’s real estate experience helps her translate the universe of senior housing products into a database for consumers to find and compare their options with a marketplace search. Amber completed MBAs at INSEAD and Columbia and studied Economics and Political Science at the University of California, San Diego. Amber is involved on boards and committees at Mount Sinai Health System, Argentum (formerly, the Assisted Living Federation of America) and the American Seniors Housing Association. Amber is from San Jose. She enjoys skiing.
