Bianca manages new market launches at Kithward. She began her career at Aspera, an IBM Company, where she oversaw Partner Marketing Operations facilitating the movement of big data. She then transitioned from web-based solutions into the world of mobile applications at Skimble, Inc. where she worked on Marketing and Content Development. She loves the challenge of continuously optimizing workflows and scaling processes in an ever-changing environment. Bianca has a M.S. in Integrated Marketing from New York University and a B.A. in Marketing from London Metropolitan University.

Dennis advises Kithward on technology DevOps. Dennis has been an employee with multiple early-stage projects and companies. He was an early team member working on Google Sheets. He was a team lead for Spotify in New York. Dennis was an early employee of Flatiron Health. He currently leads engineering at Bluebird Climate, which he founded. Dennis studied computer science at Harvard. 

Neil advises Kithward on all aspects of real estate regulatory issues as applicable to the business. He is the managing partner of Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, with law offices in California and New York. Neil is the partner in charge of real estate, covering residential and commercial real estate matters. Neil also serves as counsel to the Real Estate Board of New York ("REBNY"), New York City's leading real estate trade association, giving him a front-row seat to the issues realtors face. Neil also holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist ("SRES") designation and understands the issues and solutions for the elderly in real estate transactions and relocation. Neil was appointed to the New York State Board of Real Estate. He is certified as an instructor of real estate courses and enjoys teaching and lecturing, particularly on the topic of fair housing. Neil received his JD from Cornell Law School. 

John advises Kithward on Search Engine Optimization ["SEO"] with technical product SEO, content creation and linking strategies. John spent the previous decade helping companies like NerdWallet, Ancestry, and many earlier-stage startups reach new users through organic search as an early employee at many of these companies. His experience includes creating content strategies that serve both user and business needs, developing SEO friendly web products, and building dynamic content teams from the ground up. 

John advises Kithward on working with the senior living industry. John is the Chairman of Erickson Living, the sixth largest provider of senior housing in the United States and largest provider of continuing care retirement communities. John is also the founder of Retirement Living TV, the Erickson School of Aging Studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the Erickson Foundation, funding research grants. John also helped develop the first approved Medicare Advantage Plan. He has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal and McKnight's as one of the top innovators changing retirement. 

Amber leads Kithward’s vision, strategy and sales. Amber started her career in real estate private equity. She held investment and fundraising roles at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Managing care for her late mother led her directly to senior living as she sought the best living situation for an aging parent. Amber’s real estate experience helps her translate the universe of senior housing products into a database for consumers to find and compare their options with a marketplace search. Amber completed MBAs at INSEAD and Columbia and studied Economics and Political Science at the University of California, San Diego. Amber is involved on boards and committees at Mount Sinai Health System, Argentum (formerly, the Assisted Living Federation of America) and the American Seniors Housing Association. Amber is from San Jose. She enjoys skiing. 

Robert Entin leads Kithward’s information architecture, data modeling and structuring. Robert began working with Kithward at its conception initially as an adviser before taking on a role designing the back-end of the technology. He is also the Chief Information Officer of Vornado Realty Trust, overseeing all information technology initiatives. Prior to Vornado, Robert founded Integrated Business Systems in 1979 as a new graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He combined engineering with accounting and property management experience to provide turnkey technology for the real estate industry. IBS became one of the acknowledged leaders in the real estate industry, dominant in the New York region. In 2013, a portion of the IBS organization joined Vornado. Robert is a member of the Realcomm Advisory Council and previously served as it's Chair. Robert is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University where he teaches a master’s course in IT & The Real Estate Enterprise. Robert studied Computer Science at The University of Pennsylvania. 

Chris leads Kithward’s product management. Chris has cofounded several companies and venture studios. He is experienced at conceptualizing, designing and reiterating on early-stage technology. He cofounded Indaba Music, a network for musicians providing collaboration technology acquired by Splice. He also founded CameraTag, a B2B SaaS media platform providing video streaming to Fortune 500 clients. Chris led the corporate venture studio at AOL, the incubator at Interplay Ventures and at Danzig Media. He studied Neuroscience at Columbia and Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon. He is from New York City. He enjoys skiing and golfing. 

Gabe leads Kithward’s engineering team. A serial entrepreneur, Gabe has cofounded multiple software companies, both privately-funded and venture-backed. His experience includes product ideation along with building and managing B2C and B2B software development teams. Gabe cofounded Skimble, developer of Workout Trainer, which has helped over 30 M consumers reach their fitness goals. He also cofounded Flurry, an ad tech platform, which was acquired by Yahoo! for over $300 M. Gabe graduated Summa Cum Laude in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. He enjoys advising and investing in startups. He enjoys the outdoors and is an avid skier and rock climber.
